Brand Assistant and Fulfilment Support

We are looking for an individual to join our Marketing team as a Brand Assistant and Fulfilment Support. You will be responsible for providing support to the marketing team with admin tasks such as purchase orders and show swatch processes. As well Co-ordinate the timely delivery of all consumer requests from our online brand platforms to the consumer.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Support the Samples team to send out all brochure and sample requests from our brand sites to the consumer in line with the agreed SLA

Stock management

  • Working closely with the Brand Coordinators to manage and respond to stock levels of marketing fulfilment materials, to ensure availability


  • Manage Parker Knoll and Collins & Hayes purchase order requests, and general invoice queries.
  • Support the marketing team across all brands with preparations for shows, photoshoots and other live or virtual events.
  • Working with the Parker Knoll Brand Coordinator to schedule social media posts on the relevant pages using Creator Studio
  • Liaise with the respective Brand Coordinators to maintain the online digital asset libraries and update website content.


We are looking for a hard-working and self-motivated individual who is looking to become part of a successful manufacturing company. To be successful in this role, you will be IT Literate with Microsoft Office skills, have good communication skills, high levels of attention to detail and a positive and proactive attitude.
