How long will my order take?

Once we receive the order from your retailer, we are currently advising approximately 22 weeks due to high demand and Covid related absence.

For more accurate timings for your specific order, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased & we will work with them to expedite wherever possible.

Why can't I see prices on your website?

Each Collins & Hayes collection is handmade to order and tailored to your individual preferences. This means that the RRP may vary dependant on the price band of the fabric or leather you chose, your chosen comfort interiors, and detailed finishes.

To get an accurate RRP we advise that you contact your nearest retailer.

Can I buy your products directly through you?

Collins & Hayes products are retailed through our trusted network of stockists nationwide, we do not sell directly to consumers. To purchase a Collins & Hayes sofa or chair please contact your local stockist who will be able to help and advise.

Do you offer a warranty?

At Collins & Hayes we are very proud to offer a lifetime promise on every frame, please click here to register your lifetime promise. In addition, we offer a one-year guarantee on interiors, feet and fabric.

If you choose our premium Primalux filling this comes with a four-year guarantee.

In the unfortunate event that you experience an issue with your sofa or chair, please contact the retailer where you purchased your furniture who will be happy to help.

Please note we cannot deal with consumer queries directly.

Is my warranty valid?

As long as you purchased your furniture from an approved Collins & Hayes stockist after August 2017*, any valid claim will be honoured.
*August 2017, Collins & Hayes brand was procured by Sofa Brands International

I'm worried about the size of my sofa for delivery

All models have bolt on/off arms for ease of delivery except Maple. If you have recently moved and need information on how to bolt your sofa together, simply click here to download the customer care booklet.

How long will it take for me to receive my brochure order?

Once you have ordered your brochure from our website it will take up to 10 working days to be delivered. We are working hard to get the brochure out to you, and we are sorry for any inconvenience.

How long will it take for me to receive my fabric samples?

Once you have ordered your fabric samples from our website it will take up to 10 working days to be delivered. We’re working hard to get the fabric samples out to you and we are sorry for any inconvenience.

Do you offer a re-upholstery service?

We do not offer a re-upholstery service. We can offer new seat and back cushion covers and new interior fillings, providing the model and fabric are still within the collection. We advise you speak to your local retailer for help with recommending a service near you. To find your nearest retailer click here

A note to recruiters

Sofa Brands International Ltd and its subsidiaries operates a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) for recruitment agencies which is reviewed periodically.

We do not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies who are not part of our current PSL.

Receipt of unsolicited CVs does not imply an introduction to the business and will be considered property of the group, therefore no ownership of such candidates will be given. We retain the right to pursue and hire such speculative candidates without any obligation to any third-party terms and conditions, even when these are submitted with the CV. We will not pay any agency fees associated with unsolicited third-party applications.

Can I customise my sofa or chair?

At Collins & Hayes our team of expert designers have created all of our collections with your home in mind. No matter the what you choose, we offer an array of options available to create your ideal suite. From our extensive fabric collection to interior comfort choices, to contrast piping and scatter cushions, we have ensured you have everything you need to create a sofa that’s perfect for you.

Which ranges do you offer slip covers for?

Slip covers are available on the Bailey, Ellison (Cover Story), Jefferson, Heath, Maple, Miller and Lavinia collections as well as the Hackett and Hawthorne chairs.

We offer slip cover replacements for all the models listed above. The Lavinia Snuggler and the 3-cushion version of the large sofa are not in our range currently however we can offer replacement slip covers for them.

Are parts available for old Collins & Hayes models?

Please note that all Collins & Hayes replacement interiors will be supplied with a FR interliner as standard. If you wish to replace interiors for an older model, please anticipate that the fit of the used cushion covers with new fillings will vary as fabrics will stretch and change shape over time.

If we are unable to support your old Collins & Hayes model due to availability, then please contact a professional sofa repair company.

Do you offer advice on how to care for my Collins & Hayes?

Are your fabrics fire retardant?

All of our fabrics are non FR however to comply with current regulations, all of our furniture is supplied with an FR interliner.

Are your fabrics washable?

All the fabrics in our Cover Story collection are machine washable at 30 degrees on the Ellison model only. For all other fabrics we would advise you to refer to your care booklet or the swatch in store. Even though some of our covers are suitable for machine washing, we would always recommend professional dry cleaning.

Can I order fabric lengths separately?

All the fabrics within the Collins & Hayes collection are available to purchase through your nearest retailer as cut lengths and can be supplied to the nearest half metre. Leather is not available as cut length.
