Showroom Guidance

We are committed to ensuring that we continue to protect the wellbeing of our people, our customers, and our country. Therefore, we ask that before you attend your showroom appointment, you make yourself familiar with the following guidance. A member of our team will be in touch to ask you to sign a copy of this for track and trace purposes. Your details will only be held on file for these purposes unless you specify otherwise.

Please note. You will not be able to visit the showroom if you have shown symptoms of in the last 14 days.

  1. Upon entry, you will be asked again if you have been in contact with anyone who has been symptomatic in the last 14 days. If your answer is yes, then your visit will have to be rescheduled for a later date
  2. You will be allocated a 1 hour appointment slot. You will be required to leave once this time is lapsed to allow us enough time to prepare the showroom for the next customer
  3. Your temperature will be checked on arrival using a contactless handheld scanner, if it is over 37.8 degrees then your visit will be rescheduled for a later date
  4. You will be greeted at the lift, please wait there and sanitise your hands whilst you wait
  5. You will be required to wear a mask for the duration of your visit, in line with the latest government guidance these can be provided
  6. Gloves are also available should you wish to wear them
  7. You will need to keep a 2m distance throughout your visit and sanitise your hands regularly. There are numerous points to do this located around the showroom
  8. There is a signposted one-way system in place around showroom (signage in place upon entrance to each showroom and also locations throughout the showrooms) All doors will be opened fully to avoid handle usage
  9. We will be unable to serve any food and hot drink during your visit. Bottled water will be supplied
  10. The showroom will be cleaned before your arrival and after your visit
  11. When you are viewing/ touching swatch books protective gloves must be worn, these can be provided
  12. Maximum of 2 people per booking
  13. Customer only toilets are available
